Review then activation
Our team reviews your application within 2 to 5 business days. Once activated, you receive your first missions.
Activation: creating an account is not enough. Your documents must be approved, the agreement signed and your account activated. An incomplete, suspended or inactive account cannot receive missions.

At launch, only ErQuickS order deliveries are available. In the longer term, Mizio aims to offer other vehicle-based missions—such as parcel transport, errands or drop-offs—once those services are actually launched.

No. Your identity, licence, vehicle and insurance must be reviewed. The agreement must also be signed and your account activated.
Yes. The estimated distance and earnings are displayed before you decide. You remain free to accept or decline each offer within the displayed time.
Your validated earnings are paid to your registered MTN MoMo or Orange Money account according to the timeframe shown in Mizio.
Motorcycles, tricycles, cars and vans can be registered. The licence, registration, insurance and photos must match the vehicle used.
The customer presents the QR code or OTP generated in ErQuickS. Validation confirms handover and securely closes the mission.
No. At launch, Mizio only offers deliveries from ErQuickS orders. Other mentioned services are part of the long-term vision.
